We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our team in Melbourne on a casual basis. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who thrives in industrial and manufacturing environments, with a focus on ensuring operational continuity and equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct reliability analysis and implement improvement strategies across manufacturing operations
- Monitor and optimize asset performance using CMSS and MEX systems
- Support maintenance teams with predictive and preventive maintenance planning
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure operational efficiency and safety
- Provide technical input into continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Experiences
- Certified Engineering qualification
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in reliability or maintenance engineering
- Hands-on experience with CMSS and MEX systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced industrial environments
